regarding ordinances that regulate cleanup and other issues associated
with celebrations and other events that may take place this weekend.

Dear Rental Property Owners and PICs:
The Division of Health and Neighborhood Services, along with State College
Borough Staff, would like to wish you a safe and productive Blue and White
weekend. With all the excitement for Blue and White weekend and the
projection of a beautiful weekend and high volume of visitors to the
Community, the Division of Health would like to remind you of the
importance of following local ordinances, which have been put into place to
maintain the quality life for all local and student residents.
The Borough Ordinances for tenants, businesses, owner occupied dwellings,
and visitors to the State College community can be viewed on the
Borough’s website at:

properties is to be done immediately after your event has ended and that
the Division of Health and Neighborhood Services staff is out on weekends
enforcing the Borough Ordinances to ensure the quality of life within our
Community.
