Maintenance Services

The management of FRATFIX has over 27 years experience in property management and maintenance.  In addition, we have a thorough knowledge of the borough and county ordinances that govern rental properties and how the borough “Point System” works concerning code violations.

We use this experience and knowledge to help address the daily, weekly and periodic fraternity management issues that arise. We take care of the little problems before they become out of control issues.

FRATFIX works with the Chapter and/or alumni management to custom design Preventive Maintenance (PM) Programs that fit your needs and budget. These programs save time with the on-going scheduling of service providers for needed repairs and inspections. PM programs also save money in the long run by avoiding the costs and penalties associated with deferred or ignored maintenance.
